Leah was raised in New York and has been behind the chair since 2014. She specializes in Blondes and loves creating a lived-in balayage or roots to ends platinum blonde. Leah performs color services tailored to each guest's individuality whilst prioritizing the integrity of hair.

Born and raised in Austin Texas, Danielle has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009. She specializes in lived in color, balayage and blonding services. Danielle also enjoys long layered cuts, bobs, fades and is certified in keratin treatments. She has worked with several product lines over the years and is constantly perfecting her craft by taking classes to keep up with trends. When Danielle is not behind the chair you can find her traveling and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact, Danielle’s first love was photography and now takes pictures of her work to showcase on social media.

Natalie is originally from San Antonio and was a military brat growing up. She loves doing highlights, vivid colors, and regular maintenance as well. Outside of the salon, you can find her probably shopping and hanging out with friends.

Amaya was born and raised Texas, and has a passion for doing hair. Her goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. She loves doing lived in blondes and brunette, as well as creative color! She also loves doing all cuts and can work with all textures of hair. One of her favorites is curly cutting and styling! In her free time she enjoys being artsy outside of the salon, and traveling!

Katie is from Albuquerque, New Mexico - born and raised. With a lifelong love for everything beauty-related, she discovered her passion for hair. She enjoys helping people feel beautiful and confident. Katie began beauty school as soon as she could at age 17, and has been in salons ever since. She absolutely loves doing anything with color, from crazy fun fashion colors to blondes, or even simple maintenance. Of course, Katie enjoys finding the perfect cut to compliment color, as well! Outside of the salon, she loves hanging out with her three dogs, taking them on hikes and swims. And she loves a good lazy day in between it all!

Master hair stylist Kara Moss has followed in the footsteps of her mother, grandmother, and aunt. Originally from Oklahoma, she has been honing her craft since 2013, studying in Texas, California, and Nevada. Kara specializes in all cuts and colors, with a particular passion for blondes and keratin treatments. She also holds four certifications in extensions. Kara can create any style, from business professional to edgy. In her free time you'd find her at the gym, on her motorcycle, or exploring Austin.

David started his career nine years ago in Beverly Hills, CA. Ever since, he has held a major focus on education - both giving and receiving. With a strong focus on cutting and color, David has been trained to deliver the highest level of service for every guest, every time.

Yamily started her career in Austin, Texas in 2013. She loves doing and specializes in layered haircuts, seamless color match, blondes, dimensional highlights, lived in balayage, updos/half dos and men’s scissor cuts. She is attentive, detail-oriented and always performs a thorough consultation because she has the same goal as you…for you to love your hair! Outside of the salon you can find her spending quality time with her best friend/husband, on a FaceTime call with her nephews or creating delicious meals.

Cherryl has been a stylist since 2010. Originally from Chicago, they moved to Austin in 2019 to pursue doing hair in the warmth & sunshine. She loves creating soft, modern & low-maintenance hair plans for guests, working with the hair’s natural texture & blending or enhancing gray hair instead of covering it up. She is a fur mom of two & loves to hear about her guests’ pets too!

Born and raised in Tejas, Cris has been in beauty for 23 years. She has extensive experience with Toni& Guy, Aveda, and MAC, and has worked with color lines such as Schwartzkopf, Loreal, and Redken. She loves and has experience with editorial work, non-profit events, hair shows, and on location weddings/special events. Cris is a former salon owner, has a degree in business, and is currently studying acupuncture. Hair has absolutely been her passion since childhood and she enjoys being behind the chair. Volunteering and being active in the community is important to her, and she digs everything holistic!

Hi future hair bestie, I'm Mercedes! I have been making people laugh and smile behind the chair since 2018. I am certified in all hair types, and love doing everything from corrective color, highlights, balayage, curly cuts, layers, etc. I'm a wife, mom and have a cute pup outside the salon. I also speak Spanish!

Lauren is a Texas native who started her career as a color professional in Washington DC 2016. She specializes in color, extensions, and haircutting, customizing her work to guests desired looks. Outside of work Lauren enjoys traveling and camping with her dog Tofu.

Leah began her hairdressing career in television and film before transitioning behind the chair where she is a master colorist, a certified Curated Cutting professional, and certified in BELLAMI Hand Tied Extensions. When Leah is not taking care of her clients she enjoys riding her bike, taking advantage of the Austin art scene and being with family.

Perla is a first-generation Austinite, born and raised. Leaving the corporate world to pursue her life-long dream of being a stylist, she loves all things hair and wants to make you feel seen and confident. In her spare time, you can find her on the dance floor or hitting all the right notes at karaoke.

Valeria is a passionate hairstylist striving to push creativity through her craft. With over a decade of experience Valeria can create modern and classic styles. New to Austin, Valeria hopes to explore and enjoy her new home.

Born and raised in Germany Brian has 20 years of experience. Brian is passionate to find the right style for his guests. Specializes in cutting and color, hand-paint/balayage/ foil techniques.

Jackie has been with milk + honey since 2020, starting at the South Lamar location. She loves doing long layered cuts and blondes. It makes Jackie so happy to help people in the community feel beautiful everyday.

Born and raised in Rome, Georgia. Jase started his career in 2017 after graduating from the Aveda Institute in Atlanta. He specializes in updos, styling, bridal hair, and loves to work with curly hair. When Jase is not behind the chair, you can usually find him somewhere close to the water or away on vacation in a tropical paradise.

Born and raised in South Austin and started her cosmetology career in 2014. Julia specializes with natural colors and lived in looks and soft blended layers. When Julia is not behind the chair she loves to try new restaurants with her fiance and go for walks with her 12 year old pup Marley.

Giana graduated from Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and spent 4 years behind the chair in Fort Worth before moving to Austin. She specializes in blondes, vivids, and short cuts. When she’s not at the salon, Giana spends her time enjoying live music, crafting, and being a dog mom to her Mini Dachshund, Willow.

Presley was born in Austin and grew up right outside of the city. Outside of work you can find Presley painting, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her dog Tito.

Hairstylist with 12+ years experience in the industry. Up to date on all current trends and techniques. Truly passionate about the ever-evolving hair industry. She is an expert in all coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, and lived in color.

Jaymee attended the Aveda Institute in San Antonio and over the years, has continued to attend Aveda-lead training. She loves doing hair because she loves making people feel beautiful. "There is nothing like creating a new fresh look for your client and giving them a boost of confidence. I feel blessed to do what I do, I am able to let my creativeness flow as well as make people feel good. Life is so stressful — sometimes all we need is a visit to the salon," she says. You can find Jaymee at our Arboretum Market salon, and she suggests if you want to make a big change, that you bring in three pictures to discuss during your consultation.

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Since childhood I’ve been playing with hair on my Barbie dolls, family members and friends. Official stylist journey started in 1997, after 3 years of school/training. I opened my own Salon in 2005. After meet my husband and falling in love I moved to The USA in 2017. I specialize in blonds, updos and pixie cuts. Fun Fact: I grew up with German Shepherd dogs, and now own 2 myself.

Sandy's love of fashion and hair began at the age of 9. While most kids her age were watching cartoons on Saturday mornings, Sandy was watching Style with Elsa Klensch and taking notes. This led her to many adventures and her career path in the hair industry. Sandy has more than 20 years experience as an award winning hairstylist on both the West Coast and Texas. Working in some of the most elite salons in San Francisco, Sandy has been trained by the best and her attention to detail is what makes her stand out. She is a well-seasoned stylist, excelling in precision cutting and razor cuts, extensions, keratins, color, balayage, all blonding services and color-correction. Meet Liz, a licensed stylist since 2000 with a passion for both cut and color. Originally from Los Angeles, she graduated from Vidal Sassoon and specializes in highlights, balayage, and grey coverage. With technical and creative expertise in cutting long, short, curly, men's, and children's hair, Liz is committed to helping you achieve your desired look. When she's not transforming hair, she enjoys exploring new eateries and traveling to new destinations.

Renée started her career in 2006 in San Diego. She loves enhancing natural color and texture. Renee specializes in curly/textured hair and hand painted, dimensional balayage while prioritizing the integrity of the hairs health and her guests’ daily routine. In her free time, Renee is either building/doing a DIY project, or spending time with her husband and two cats, Peanut Butter and Banana.

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Atlanta, Georgia, Tyler began his career in 2011. Tyler specializes in creating natural looks utilizing balayage coloring techniques on all hair lengths/types. When Tyler isn’t cresting behind the chair you’ll find him with a brush and canvas painting various pieces of art, playing piano and singing or simply enjoying time with family and friends. *Fun Fact* Tyler is one of 8 children and was raised in a musical family that traveled and performed at various events all over the USA.

Berenice graduated from our milk + honey Apprentice program in 2023. She is a Level 1 stylist and specializes in formal updos, haircuts, brunette and blonde balayage and making people feel their best. Berenice is both English and Spanish speaking!

Cheyenne strives to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment free space for everyone. She specializes in lived-in color/blondes, fashion colors, gray blending, and curly hair.

Irene has over 25 years of experience and specializes in lived-in blondes, brunette balayage, gray blending, color corrections, curly cuts and men's haircuts.

Dustin has been licensed since 2014 and was an educator at the Aveda Institute in Austin for 2 years. He specializes in anything from natural, lived in color to bold + vivid looks, while curating cuts to fit your lifestyle, texture and face shape. I’m Ryan, started my career in Austin in 2022, plan to build it here for the next few years. I love long hair cuts to bobs, I’m focused on hair growth journeys. I love helping someone figure out what their needs are based on their hair type. From treatments to styling and or adding color. I also love diving into the science of color theory, such as creating vivid fashion colors as well as lived in styles. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana. I started my career in 2009, doing my apprenticeship in NYC. I then lived and worked in Scottsdale, AZ prior to moving back to Houston to work at milk + honey. I specialize in all color, especially balayage, blonding, dimensional color, french style cutting and hair extensions. Darcy grew up in Houston and moved to Laguna Beach, California after graduating high school. She began her career in 2008 and was fortunate to learn from some of the top stylists in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Her coastal living experience has influenced her style behind the chair. She is also trained in precision haircutting. When she’s not working, you can find her at the Pilates studio or at the dog park with her maltipoo.

Jacky was born in McAllen, Texas and lived in Houston since the age of 4. She attended Paul Mitchell the School and was licensed in 2017. She specializes in lived in color for blonds and brunettes. Although she loves color, cutting is her biggest passion. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her hanging out with her family or her little orange cat.

Jess is from Durango and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves creating beautiful art pieces that walk the earth in the forms of haircuts, blowouts, silk presses, highlights and so much more! Jess went through the Milk and honey apprenticeship and is proud to say that she is grateful and honored to have been trained and now work along side such talented stylists! In her free time she can usually be found at coffee shops curled up with a good book! If anyone has any recommendations, she will lend an ear and be more than happy to converse with you about literature!

Olivia, born in New Jersey but raised in Texas. Olivia specializes in lived in color such as balayage. She loves to collaborate with her clients to ensure they leave feeling their best. If Olivia isn’t in the salon she is hanging out with her lab/shepard mix George or Playing video games and listening to KPOP

Oxana was born and raised in Russia which allows her to offer services in both languages. She has extensive knowledge of various hair conditions, products and treatments. Riley is a Southern Charm, born in Oklahoma and raise to be a loyal Texas girl! Shaylah is our very own Brunette Balayage Specialist. She was originally born and Anaheim California but resided in Houston back in 2010! She received her education back in 2018 at the Paul Mitchell Institute and has fell in love with the industry since. Shaylah takes pride in her work and the quality of each and everyone of her services .When she is not behind the chair she is spending time with her husband and 2 amazing daughters . A few fun fact about her is she loves reality tv, reading and watching movies. But spending quality time with the people she loves is what ultimately makes her the happiest

Stylist + Curl Specialist, Victoria takes a personalized approach to cutting, coloring, styling and product recommendations. She likes to assess your hair, ask you about your patience in styling, routines and lifestyle. She is certified in all methods of Bellami Extensions and Keratin Treatments. Victoria is also an Educator for milk + honey and a Kevin Murphy Session salon-trained stylist.

I am Alina and I have literally been doing hair ever since I could walk! I love creating a fun and relaxing environment for all clients to be able to express themselves and explore new looks. Though I am talented at all of forms of hair care, I have mastered layered cuts and all over color transformations.
