Hey there, I’m Matt! I’ve been behind the chair making people smile since 2010. As a former educator, I love sharing my knowledge and passion for hair. I’m a certified hair colorist, and certified in Bellami extensions. I’m experienced in all hair types with a focus on healthy hair.

Born and raised in Germany Brian has 20 years of experience. Brian is passioned to find the right style for his guests. Specializes in cutting and color, hand-paint/balayage/ foil techniques.

Leah was raised in New York and has been behind the chair since 2014. She specializes in Blondes and loves creating a lived-in balayage or roots to ends platinum blonde. Leah performs color services tailored to each guest's individuality while prioritizing the integrity of hair.

Born and raised in Austin Texas, Danielle has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009. She specializes in lived in color, balayage and blonding services. Danielle also enjoys long layered cuts, bobs, fades and is certified in keratin treatments. She has worked with several products lines over the years and is constantly perfecting her craft by taking classes to keep up with trends. When Danielle is not behind the chair you can find her traveling and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact, Danielle’s first love was photography and now takes pictures of her work to showcase on social media.

Valeria is a passionate hairstylist striving to push creativity through her craft. With over a decade of experience Valeria can create modern and classic styles. New to Austin, Valeria hopes to explore and enjoy her new home.

Jackie has been with milk and honey since 2020, starting at the sola location. She loves doing long layered cuts and blondes. It makes Jackie so happy to help people in the community feel beautiful everyday.

Born and raised in Rome, Georgia. Jase started his career in 2017 after graduating from the Aveda Institute in Atlanta. He specializes in updos, styling, bridal hair, and loves to work with curly hair. When Jase is not behind the chair, you can usually find him somewhere close to the water or away on vacation in a tropical paradise.

Born and raised in South Austin and started her cosmetology career in 2014. Julia specializes with natural colors and lived in looks and soft blended layers. When Julia is not behind the chair she loves to try new restaurants with her fiance and go for walks with my 12 year old pup Marley.

Giana graduated from Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and spent 4 years behind the chair in Fort Worth before moving to Austin. She specializes in blondes, vivids, and short cuts. When she’s not at the salon, Giana spends her time enjoying live music, crafting, and being a dog mom to her Mini Dachshund, Willow.

Presley was born in Austin and grew up right outside of the city. Outside of work you can find Presley painting, trying new restaurants , and hanging out with her dog Tito.

Hairstylist with 12+ years experience in the industry. Up to date on all current trends and techniques. Truly passionate about the ever-evolving hair industry. She is an expert in all coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, and lived in color.

Born and raised in Austin Texas, started cosmetology school in high school I specialize in blonding and lived in highlights I also love doing transformations like color blocking and vivids when I’m not behind the chair you can catch me finding the latest trendy food places in Austin

Jaymee attended the Aveda Institute in San Antonio and over the years, has continued to attend Aveda-lead training. She loves doing hair because she loves making people feel beautiful. "There is nothing like creating a new fresh look for your client and giving them a boost of confidence. I feel blessed to do what I do, I am able to let my creativeness flow as well as make people feel good. Life is so stressful — sometimes all we need is a visit to the salon," she says. You can find Jaymee at our Arboretum Market salon, and she suggests if you want to make a big change, that you bring in three pictures to discuss during your consultation.

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Since childhood I’ve been playing with hair on my Barbie dolls, family members and friends. Official stylist journey started in 1997.

My name is Kennedy I’ve been working at Milk and honey. I’m born and raised in Austin and have two furry babies. I love doing color services and beautiful layered cuts.

Macy loves to build a personal connection with her clients to help them find confidence in their own beautiful features by enhancing them with individually designed hair! Macy offers all color services including Highlights, Balayage, and Color Corrections. She is also an expert in all types of cutting techniques and loves working with all hair textures from fine and straight to thick and curly.

Born and raised in Houston. Sabrina started their career 2 years ago, and she specializes in balayage, fashion colors and color corrections. Sabrina loves to travel and learn about other cultures.

Sandy's love of fashion and hair began at the age of 9. While most kids her age were watching cartoons on Saturday mornings, Sandy was watching Style with Elsa Klensch and taking notes. This led her to many adventures and her career path in the hair industry. Sandy has more than 20 years experience as an award winning hairstylist on both the West Coast and Texas. Working in some of the most elite salons in San Francisco, Sandy has been trained by the best and her attention to detail is what makes her stand out. She is a well seasoned stylist, excelling in precision cutting and razor cuts, extensions, keratins, color, balayage, all blonding services and color correction. She quickly gains the trust of her clients.

Shelby was born and raised in Austin, and started her career in 2022. Shelby loves to do lived in color, all shades of red, and all sorts of haircuts. When Shelby is not behind the chair she is usually at home curled up with her 5 cats and a good book.

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Atlanta, Georgia, Tyler began his career in 2011. Tyler specializes in creating natural looks utilizing balayage coloring techniques on all hair lengths/types. When Tyler isn’t cresting behind the chair you’ll find him with a brush and canvas painting various pieces of art, playing piano and singing or simply enjoying time with family and friends. *Fun Fact* Tyler is one of 8 children and was raised in a musical family that traveled and performed at various events all over the USA.

Mel has 24 years of experience in the beauty industry. Was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Specializing in lived-in color, balayage, gray blending, and is highly experienced in precision haircutting. She is Bellami certified in K-tip and tape-in extensions and Keratin Complex certified.

Kyana has 15+ years hair experience working in California & India. She specializes in hand-tied hair extensions, & has multiple certifications in different methods. Kyana’s coloring specialties would be bright blended Cali blondes. With her extensive background from working in India, she has a keen eye for creating seamless dimensional brunette foilyage & working with different textured hair.

Kacy has been with milk + honey since 2017. She is passionate about maintaining the integrity of your hair during a service with her, and will help you get your hair to its optimal health! She specializes in lived-in color, fashion colors, gray blending and loves to share tips on how to wear your hair naturally.

Callie started her career in 2011 and with Milk and Honey in 2013, she specializes in blondes, balayage, bobs, and pixies, but loves to do everything. Fun fact: Callie is a Reiki Master!

Berenice graduated from our milk + honey Apprentice program in 2023. She is a Level 1 stylist and specializes in formal updos, haircuts, brunette and blonde balayage and making people feel their best. Berenice is both English and Spanish speaking!

Leighanna has been licensed since 2014, and has been with milk + honey since 2019. She specializes in highlights, balayage, and textured cuts.

Matilda has been a stylist for 20 years and she believes we are all uniquely created through the beauty of skin tone, natural hair color, hair texture, eye color, and face shape. Matilda's goal is to cultivate confidence in every guest that sits in her chair.

Dustin has been licensed since 2014 and was an educator at the Aveda Institute in Austin for 2 years. He specializes in anything from natural, lived in color to bold + vivid looks, while curating cuts to fit your lifestyle, texture and face shape. He welcomes any and all clients to feel comfortable in his chair!

Ali is eager to share her passion for all things color by creating looks from lived blondes, trending brondes, and fun vivids as well. She is certified in Bellami hair extensions and looks forward to making mermaid hair dreams come true. When outside of the salon, she loves cooking and exploring the great outdoors with her dog, Lala.

Born and raised in McAllen, TX. Angelika starter her career is 2020. She specializes in lives in color, balayage, and edgy cuts. When Angelika is not behind the chair, you can find her spending time with her pets and walking in the park.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Bee started their career in 2018. They specialize in blonding, shags, and long layered cuts. When Bee is not behind the chair you can find them playing with their fur babies, Spooky and Coco.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana,Started my career in 2009. When Christina is not behind the chair she is spending time with her husband, her 4 frenchies and family. Fun Fact:My husband and I are also Frenchie breeders.

Darcy grew up in Houston and moved to Laguna Beach, California after graduating high school. She began her career in 2008 and was fortunate to learn from some of the top stylists in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Her coastal living experience has influenced her style behind the chair. She is also trained in precision haircutting. When she’s not working, you can find her at the Pilates studio or at the dog park with her maltipoo.

Jacky was born in McAllen, Texas and lived in Houston since the age of 4. She attended Paul Mitchell the School and was licensed in 2017. She specializes in lived in color for blonds and brunettes. Although she loves color, cutting is her biggest passion. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her hanging out with her family or her little orange cat.

Jess is from Durango and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves creating beautiful art pieces that walk the earth in the forms of haircuts, blowouts, silk presses, highlights and so much more! Jess went through the Milk and honey apprenticeship and is proud to say that she is grateful and honored to have been trained and now work along side such talented stylists! In her free time she can usually be found at coffee shops curled up with a good book! If anyone has any recommendations, she will lend an ear and be more than happy to converse with you about literature!

Kelsie really enjoys doing lived-in blondes and precision hair cutting and considers it to be her specialty So if you need a cut or lived-in color tailored to your style specifically Kelsie is your girl. She also loves doing just blondes in general whether you want to be brighter all over or just add pops throughout. Kelsie is currently trying to get out of her comfort zone now being back in Houston and broaden her food pallet. She’s very habitual when it comes to food so this is definitely a fun journey.

Born up north but the south is home now! Specializing in blondes and brondes for over ten years. She has taken all the high end classes around the country. She takes pride in luxury and high end services. If I’m not at work I’m with my doodles and husband at a local coffee shop or at the Pilates studio!

Kylie was raised in Angleton, TX. She started her career at the Aveda Institute in 2021. She assisted and completed the apprentice program at milk + honey. She loves precision haircutting, Color services, blended/lived in balayage and keratin treatments. She is also certified in Bellami Hair Extensions. She enjoys working with all hair types and textures! Kylie loves trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Her strengths include impeccable and rich color creation such as “expensive brunette” looks. She works to provide clients with the best tools to maintain practical looks, allowing everyone to experience their best hair ever. In 2020, Leah was voted Best Houston Hair Stylist by the Houston Chronicle. Leah is a native Houstonian and a mom of three.

Born in Norman, TX and raised in Katy, started my career in 2015. I specialize in blonding, balayage and foilage. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m at home with my dogs, at the park or beach! Fun fact, I’m a twin.

Lydia is a local Houstonian who loves to express creativity through hair cutting, coloring, and styling. She loves natural lived in looks but also loves to create bolder styles as well. She loves to talk about shows, pets, food, HAIR, and life experiences.

Olivia, born in New Jersey but raised in Texas. Olivia specializes in lived in color such as balayage. She loves to collaborate with her clients to ensure they leave feeling their best. If Olivia isn’t in the salon she is hanging out with her lab/shepard mix George or Playing video games and listening to KPOP

Oxana was born and raised in Russia which allows her to offer services in both languages. She has extensive knowledge of various hair conditions, products and treatments. Oxana has a keen eye for detail and a knack for understanding each client's individual needs — whether you're looking for a trendy haircut or a bold color transformation. Riley is a Southern Charm, born in Oklahoma and raise to be a loyal Texas girl! Starting her career in 2018, with over 6 years of experience she strives to be a stepping stone in her guest positive view of themselves & her top priority is maintaining healthy hair. When Riley is not behind the chair, she will definitely be found teaching her dogs new tricks! Sofia began her journey as a hairstylist In 2019, but she has always considered herself creative. She has a passion for enhancing your natural hair and creating low maintenance color and easy to style haircuts for her clients. Sofia also enjoys a full transformation if you are ready for a change! This also includes pixie cuts, shags, reds/coppers, and keratin treatments.
