Leah was raised in New York and has been behind the chair since 2014. She specializes in Blondes and loves creating a lived-in balayage or roots to ends platinum blonde. Leah performs color services tailored to each guest's individuality whilst prioritizing the integrity of hair.

Braelynn started their career in 2016 in Houston, originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and loves doing color services and keratin treatments. Outside of the salon you can find them crocheting, outdoors with their two rescue dogs or rollerskating.

Brittany is originally from Austin, but moved away for a bit but found her way back home in the fall of 2023 to pursue a new career in the world of hair. She’s a fresh face at milk + honey, and can’t wait to have you in her chair. She loves working with blondes, vivids, and regular color maintenance, and is just as passionate about delivering a flawless silk press or creating long, layered cuts. She’s excited to grow in this craft and help you feel your best with every visit.

Cherryl has been a stylist since 2010. Originally from Chicago, they moved to Austin in 2019 to pursue doing hair in the warmth & sunshine. She loves creating soft, modern & low-maintenance hair plans for guests, working with the hair’s natural texture & blending or enhancing gray hair instead of covering it up. She is a fur mom of two & loves to hear about her guests’ pets too!

Born and raised in Austin Texas, Danielle has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009. She specializes in lived in color, balayage and blonding services. Danielle also enjoys long layered cuts, bobs, fades and is certified in keratin treatments. She has worked with several product lines over the years and is constantly perfecting her craft by taking classes to keep up with trends. When Danielle is not behind the chair you can find her traveling and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact, Danielle’s first love was photography and now takes pictures of her work to showcase on social media.

Dominique was born and raised here in Austin, Texas. She was drawn to this industry because of her love for meeting new people and helping them find their best self. Outside of the salon, you can find her baking sweat treats or spending quality time with loved ones.

Hi, I’m JD! Originally from Dallas, I bring over 13 years of experience in the professional hair industry. I specialize in blonding and balayage color services, and I am equally skilled in men’s grooming and styling. With a unique eye for detail, I love creating personalized looks that leave every client feeling confident and in love with their hairstyle!

Originally from Southeast Texas, Morgan has been a hairstylist since 2010. She is a well-rounded stylist but specializes in extensions, curly hair and blonding - being especially great at bleach-and-tone services. As a level-headed earth sign, Morgan’s approach to service consultations is very grounded, helping each guest find a style that works best for them. She takes a similar approach as the Educator for Milk + Honey’s apprentice program, guiding each new stylist on a path to come into their own.

Natalie is originally from San Antonio and was a military brat growing up. She loves doing highlights, vivid colors, and regular maintenance as well. Outside of the salon, you can find her probably shopping and hanging out with friends.

Annika is a hairdresser originally from Alaska who moved to Austin, Texas in 2019 to attend Paul Mitchell. She specializes in blonding and extension transformations, with a passion for creating bright, dimensional color. Her work focuses on healthy hair, and customized looks.

Amaya was born and raised Texas, and has a passion for doing hair. Her goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. She loves doing lived in blondes and brunette, as well as creative color! She also loves doing all cuts and can work with all textures of hair. One of her favorites is curly cutting and styling! In her free time she enjoys being artsy outside of the salon, and traveling!

Katie is from Albuquerque, New Mexico - born and raised. With a lifelong love for everything beauty-related, she discovered her passion for hair. She enjoys helping people feel beautiful and confident. Katie began beauty school as soon as she could at age 17, and has been in salons ever since. She absolutely loves doing anything with color, from crazy fun fashion colors to blondes, or even simple maintenance. Of course, Katie enjoys finding the perfect cut to compliment color, as well! Outside of the salon, she loves hanging out with her three dogs, taking them on hikes and swims. And she loves a good lazy day in between it all!

Master hair stylist Kara Moss has followed in the footsteps of her mother, grandmother, and aunt. Originally from Oklahoma, she has been honing her craft since 2013, studying in Texas, California, and Nevada. Kara specializes in all cuts and colors, with a particular passion for blondes and keratin treatments. She also holds four certifications in extensions. Kara can create any style, from business professional to edgy. In her free time you'd find her at the gym, on her motorcycle, or exploring Austin.

Hi future hair bestie, I'm Mercedes! I have been making people laugh and smile behind the chair since 2018. I am certified in all hair types, and love doing everything from corrective color, highlights, balayage, curly cuts, layers, etc. I'm a wife, mom and have a cute pup outside the salon. I also speak Spanish!

Lauren is a Texas native who started her career as a color professional in Washington DC 2016. She specializes in color, extensions, and haircutting, customizing her work to guests desired looks. Outside of work Lauren enjoys traveling and camping with her dog Tofu.

Fatima was born and raised in the heart of Austin, Texas. Having always had an appreciation for effortless, sun-kissed beauty, she specializes in low-maintenance balayage, lived-in color, and dimensional brunettes. She also loves adding volume and body with perfectly layered haircuts. She’s all about enhancing your natural look with styles that grow out beautifully and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Jackie has been with milk + honey since 2020, starting at the South Lamar location. She loves doing long layered cuts and blondes. It makes Jackie so happy to help people in the community feel beautiful everyday.

Born and raised in South Austin and started her cosmetology career in 2014. Julia specializes with natural colors and lived in looks and soft blended layers. When Julia is not behind the chair she loves to try new restaurants with her fiance and go for walks with her 12 year old pup Marley.

Giana graduated from Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and spent 4 years behind the chair in Fort Worth before moving to Austin. She specializes in blondes, vivids, and short cuts. When she’s not at the salon, Giana spends her time enjoying live music, crafting, and being a dog mom to her Mini Dachshund, Willow.

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Since childhood I’ve been playing with hair on my Barbie dolls, family members and friends. Official stylist journey started in 1997, after 3 years of school/training. I opened my own Salon in 2005. After meet my husband and falling in love I moved to The USA in 2017. I specialize in blonds, updos and pixie cuts. Fun Fact: I grew up with German Shepherd dogs, and now own 2 myself.

Berenice graduated from our milk + honey Apprentice program in 2023. She is a Level 1 stylist and specializes in formal updos, haircuts, brunette and blonde balayage and making people feel their best. Berenice is both English and Spanish speaking!

Irene has over 25 years of experience and specializes in lived-in blondes, brunette balayage, gray blending, color corrections, curly cuts and men's haircuts.

Dustin has been licensed since 2014 and was an educator at the Aveda Institute in Austin for 2 years. Renee started her career in 2006 in San Diego, CA and moved to Austin in 2022 with her husband and two cats. She loves doing all things DIY. Outside of the salon, you can find her giving intentional hand-poked tattoos all over Austin!

I’m Ryan, started my career in Austin in 2022, plan to build it here for the next few years. I love long hair cuts to bobs, I’m focused on hair growth journeys. I love helping someone figure out what their needs are based on their hair type. From treatments to styling and or adding color. I also love diving into the science of color theory, such as creating vivid fashion colors as well as lived in styles. Cris is a former salon owner, has a degree in business, and is currently studying acupuncture. Hair has absolutely been her passion since childhood and she enjoys being behind the chair. Volunteering and being active in the community is important to her, and she digs everything holistic!

Born and raised in Houston, Bee started her career in 2017. She specializes in blonding, shags, and long layered cuts. When Bee is not behind the chair you’ll find her in a Pilates class or playing with her fur babies.

Darcy grew up in Houston and moved to Laguna Beach, California after graduating high school. She began her career in 2008 and was fortunate to learn from some of the top stylists in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Her coastal living experience has influenced her style behind the chair. She is also trained in precision haircutting. When she’s not working, you can find her at the Pilates studio or at the dog park with her maltipoo.

Jacky was born in McAllen, Texas and lived in Houston since the age of 4. She attended Paul Mitchell the School and was licensed in 2017. She specializes in lived in color for blonds and brunettes. Although she loves color, cutting is her biggest passion. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her hanging out with her family or her little orange cat.

Jenny started their career in 2022 in Rio Grande City, TX, and moved to Houston, TX in 2023 and loves doing haircuts and balayage - but is open to all things. Outside of the spa/salon you can find Jenny spending time with her sisters.

Jess is from Durango and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves creating beautiful art pieces that walk the earth in the forms of haircuts, blowouts, silk presses, highlights and so much more! Jess went through the Milk and honey apprenticeship and is proud to say that she is grateful and honored to have been trained and now work along side such talented stylists! In her free time she can usually be found at coffee shops curled up with a good book! If anyone has any recommendations, she will lend an ear and be more than happy to converse with you about literature!

Olivia, born in New Jersey but raised in Texas. Olivia specializes in lived in color such as balayage. She loves to collaborate with her clients to ensure they leave feeling their best. If Olivia isn’t in the salon she is hanging out with her lab/shepard mix George or Playing video games and listening to KPOP

I am Alina and I have literally been doing hair ever since I could walk! I love creating a fun and relaxing environment for all clients to be able to express themselves and explore new looks. Though I am talented at all of forms of hair care, I have mastered layered cuts and all over color transformations. When I am not behind the chair, you can find me reading in my hammock or tending to my very naughty cats.

I am Karla and I have been a stylist for over 10 years. I studied at Paul Mitchell and am certified by Keratin Complex, Keratherapy, Bellami and Hothead extensions. I really enjoy working with thick hair and I love layered cuts. I am passionate about performing custom color work to achieve a blended look that grows out seamlessly.

Kelsey started her career in 2018 right here in Fort Worth, TX. Originally from Bedford, TX, she loves blonding and bombshell blowouts! Outside of the salon, you can find her studying for her BS in wildlife, spending time with her 4 dogs, or on an outdoor adventure somewhere in the woods.

She is skilled in creating personalized hairstyles, including blonding, gray coverage, and blending, while enhancing the natural beauty of brunettes and redheads. Kyndal’s expertise extends to precision haircuts such as pixies, bobs, men’s cuts, and long layering, delivering looks tailored to each client’s style and features. Kyndal will become one of four In-house Color Experts completing her Wella Color Expert Program.

Olivia specializes in creative color, lived-in lights, and custom cuts for self-expression and effortless wear. Passion for balayage/ low maintenance techniques and cuts to enhance natural hair pattern, lifestyle, and head shape. Dedicated to consultation and detail to each unique experience.
